Our Property Management division is continuing to evolve through technology.   It is November 3rd and over 90% of all of our “guests” have already paid their rent for this month.  What is interesting to note is how the rent is being paid.  More and more, we are receiving checks sent directly from the various banks as opposed to receiving our guest’s personal checks.  Two of our guests are now paying electronically, the rent is being transfer directly into our property management trust account.  Equally impressive is almost 100% of our clients have elected to receive their monthly proceeds electronically.  Because of the speed and accuracy of  our system at Front Porch Properties who wouldn’t want that.   This translates in real time to rent being received and processed by Front Porch Properties on November 1st and by the end of that business day we have completed the transfer of funds to our client’s person account.
