Transforming a house into a home – Coyote Drive: Day One

Yesterday one of our clients purchased a home on Coyote Drive in WestWing Mountain, at auction.  Over the next ten days we will transform a nice house to an amazing home.  At almost 3,200 square feet, this two story home already has some wonderful features, our job will be to brighten and polish this home back to its original luster.  Our first step is to systematically check every working system to insure that this home is mechanically sound.
